  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Bayne will arrange return pickup. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
