At Bayne, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote areas may take longer.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free standard shipping across India.

  • If express delivery is available, it may be offered at an additional cost (shown at checkout).

4. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If the order cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you for reshipping (additional charges may apply).

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, unforeseen weather, or government restrictions.

  • Bayne is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
